Our sustainable eco-farming and community impact tell you a little bit about how we do things. We have established a sustainable market-driven system in which farmers are empowered to increase their household incomes through good agricultural techniques combined with reliable market partners. As this has developed we have pioneered the Living Income methodology in Eastern Congo which allows us to check and ensure that farmers are receiving prices that allow them decent livelihoods. We have more than 50 years of experience and relationships gained in Congo.

Theo Chocolate
Theo were the first organic, fair trade certified, bean to bar chocolate maker in North America, and remain at the forefront of driving the industry forward today- which led them to partnering with us to buy Fair For Life, organic cocoa in Watalinga.

FEC
The Federation des Entreprises du Congo (FEC) brings the government and private companies together to create a favourable operating environment for Congo and its businesses.

ASSECCAF
The Association des Exportateurs du Cacao Café de la RD Congo (ASSECCAF) is a member-led private sector association of cocoa and coffee exporters.
ASSECCAF’s main goal is to protect and encourage stakeholders involved in the coffee and cocoa export sector in order to contribute to the improvement of the business climate and to promote competitive trade throughout both sectors in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
